HOW IT WORKS

Please note that due to stock levels, we are currently only taking Boy's and Girl's sizes 24 months - seven.  Please be sure to launder your winter jackets and snow suits.  The shoe sizes we are taking are newborn - kid's 13. (We no longer carry winter or rain boots.) We are also taking Halloween costumes until October 10th.  We are taking all sizes of Maternity items. We continue to accept toys and equipment.

No appointment is necessary but do allow at least 15 minutes for your drop off. We will be happy to accept your items anytime during business hours.  We will accept your items anytime but we cannot go through them while you wait.  Please understand that we will serve our purchasing customers first.  Although it may seem inconvenient to our customers dropping off, we may be selling some of their items to that customer.

We will be no longer be accepting the following brands : bum, simply basic, truly, george, ragscals, kloz for kids, icz, wardrobe essentials, milton funwear and  teddy's choice.  We recognize that these brands create great items too, however they are not the items which are in the greatest demand.

Items must be in "nearly new" condition, clean and folded.  Sets need to be together as well. Each consignor is allowed to bring in  no more than 30 items of clothing per visit. This ensures that we are able to process your items in a timely fashion. If there are any items that we do not accept we will email you to pick them up within a week. After that week, any items not claimed will be donated for you. This ensures that we have room to store everybody’s items until they are placed out for sale. When packaging your items, please ask yourself the question “Would I buy this in this condition?” If you wouldn't, others probably wouldn't either.  Clothing must be in a condition that we can put it on a hanger and place it on the floor to be sold. Toys and equipment need to be clean and if batteries are required to make the item work, the item must have working batteries.

For hygienic reasons, we will not sort through bags of dirty clothes, so please be sure your clothing is clean. (We appreciate that some items will slip past you with stains as they sometimes slip by us.)  We cannot sell anything that is stained or torn, so please be sure to remove any of these items before you drop off as they will be donated.

We no longer will go through the items with you. We will ask you to leave the items with us.  As soon as we have gone through the items we will email you to let you know what there may be to be picked up.

OUR JOB

We sort, look for defects, evaluate and price and ticket your items. We prepare a list of chosen articles for our records. Most importantly, we sell your items for you. Please note that any items not accepted must be picked up by the date specified in our email to you or they will be donated.

PAYMENT

When your items sell, you receive 35% of the final sale price. You can purchase from your account anytime, or be paid by cash. (24 hours may be required to get larger amounts of cash.)
